Gold Des! :D

Actually Nigel is classified as a "big dumb ruckman" like me in footy, so i would have to say there is a HUGE Hole in your team. :)

There are also a few Aces in your team. 8-)
So who are the Ace Holes? :?

only our regional manager....

(was just thinking krunchie, we must have a good reputation. although we have missed a few games each this season i was 18th and you were 17th before last night - and running my kings into aces will only send me further down. yet we still get picked in out teams event. oh well my big game form is still there)

Selection is not based on current form, that certainly helps, but it is a mixture of this and last seasons form and overall ability.

I will continue to select the 3-4 best players from each venue regardless of recent results. (eg. Tim Bredl hasn't made points at Renmark this season yet he will still represent them) Then the remaining 3-4 players in each team are picked on recent form.

Posting teams soon.

Hey Macca lets get into the heads of the B&Gers and get a carload from Waikerie to play in their Regional event at Clare on Saturday.

Fuels Cheap in Waikerie compared to Adelaides 1.329
42.7 percent of all statistics are made up on the spot.

Oh well the Riverland FTT event is off the agenda sunday, CFS duty and a 5am start Monday morning puts paid to that.

Even with the 6.30pm start it will be too late of a finish to consider playing.

What started out as a shot at B&Gers to invade the Clare FTT event may actually turn into reality.

Pffff. If you love poker, time don't matter!

I work 2 jobs and play/train footy, yet my last two big stints at poker were 21 hrs long and 20 hrs long respectively.

And i still went to work the next day.

And don't give me the age excuse either Gundog, i can quote you when you said you had "fire in the belly" ;)

Well if I cannot use the age excuse, then I will use the standard Renmark excuse aw it too far to Waikerie why should we have to travel that far.

Fair call. :)

Whenever Renmarkians think about travelling to Waikerie, its either associated as "not-quite halfway" to Adelaide (when your going there) or it reminds us of always losing the footy. :(
