Everyone figured that was such an easy call, they'd leave it.

Macca, one thing that Tim lacks in his game is similar to Dunny's game.

They both are very astute players and able to watch the clock, blinds, runners, average stack, position, ect and regulary get high in the points.
I've seen Adam sensibly fold his way from shortest stack at final table to 2nd or 3rd position on many occasions.

BUT.... both players win % is very low, Tim has won just 1 tourny EVER and I know Adam has as couple, but not as many as you or Trevor Swanbury or Ian or Demo.

There comes a point in a tourny when you have to decide that you're GOING TO GET TO HEADS UP or bust out trying.

Gather MASSIVE STACKS early - mid tourny then smash everyone with it for the rest of the game in position.

My advice to Tim, Adam and even Krunchie would be, play the games that are worth big points like you play now, and anytime you have numbers around 30 at the smaller venue, try a SUPER aggressive approach to your whole game, go all in on EVERY DRAW you hit on the flop, have a punt, then you can use your chipstack to absorb bad-beats later and still have enough to play sensible final table with chip lead.

Anyway we are off topic again so here another thing I love.....

when its raise-re-raise all in, with an ace, straights and possible flush draws, then bottom 2 becomes pretty easy to fold

still a tough decision, but i bet alarm bells would have been going off straight away in your head, and that usually means fold.

I LOVE.........Trevor Swanbury's classic one-liners.

Trev came up with mongo first when we first started. It wasn't a derogatory statement at a player either, its just gone that way over the last few months.

It originated from "Me, Mongo" - the classic character in Blazing Saddles.

He got smashed by Sarah's 2-3 off call to his raise and she flopped 3-2-2
Trev said "i just got Mongoed"

Trevor has been the originator of many terms, such as "I'm starting the chainsaw up!", "that put a bit of heat in the kitchen", "well, you gotta go with em", "yeah, i'm allin" (every 3rd hand), "I've got something in the tank", "HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!", "bit-sqeezy", "you can call me, i've got nuttin" and probably a few i've forgotten. Add Reece Smith to the table and its like you'd PAY money to listen to this double-act. :D
