OK just a quick one on the home game fixture.

There will be three freerolls per day as well as three Challenge events per day.

The weekend is when it gets really exciting!

FOUNDATION:

12.00pm, Saturday there will be a bounty freeroll, one TC or management will play and the player who eliminates them will win $50
US. 3K Start, 10 min levels

8.00pm, Saturday PLO freeroll! I cannot wait for this one!

12.00pm, Sunday DEEPSTACK event. 10K Start stack with 15 minute blind levels, and $50 US in prizes.

8.00pm, Sunday PLO with direct entry into $25K Foundation semi for winner.

11.00pm, Sunday 6 max event with $50US prize money. 3K start with 10 minute levels

CHALLENGE:

9.00am, Saturday: Weekend Warmup $4 Buy in, 4K Start, 15 min levels
12.30pm, Saturday: DEEPSTACK $10 Buy in, 10K Start, 20 min Levels
8.30pm, Saturday: PLO $4 Buy In; 4K Start, 10 min levels
11.30pm, Saturday: $3 Buy in; 3K Start, 10 min Levels
12.30pm,Sunday Wake up: $5 buy in 5K Start, 15 min levels
8.30pm, Sunday: SHORTHANDED $3 buy in 4K Start, 10 min levels

These are the real special ones, more will be posted at a later date.

As how to qualify for the 100K? It will be a step prcoess. A monthly online qualifier will be held and you must win an entry via any of our AWAY CHallenge events or the $5 Home Satellites.

The monthly qualifier will have 1 in 10 SA players win tickets to the 888PL grand finals, for VIC/TAS 1 in 20 will win entry and airfares and accom into the 888PL Grand FInal. There will also be special events giving away entries and a live direct buy in series where we will guarantee at least ten entries over that weekend.

If there were some reasonably major improvements to the 888 poker software as well then it'd be super awesome as opposed to just regular awesome.

I hope that's the next big news announcement.

There are a lot of possibiilities there to do some great things which would take it up from it's current level.



Now I realise it doesn't look like I typed that so the short version is "it's super crap and needs to lift it's game"

Very exciting news for 888pl and players! With the problems in the news today with CBI's, this certainly offers some hope for a positive future for poker in SA.
