I paid $2 or something for the full version and I have no reply button. Matty showed me his cracked version, with a reply button. We went through the program together and mine is just missing.

Of course you can. Safari is a great browser.

this is just an app that presents the forum in a standard iPhone app way, which is very nice to use.

As the developer of TouchBB, I would have to say please don't go this route. I have put a lot of time into this app. There is a 'lite' version if you want to try before you buy.

To the rest of you, a new version is coming out with bug fixes and pagination. Early next year photo uploading should be available.
