Re: NW PEPS TO RADE NE
Hello distant NE cousins ... Im probably unlikely to make it out your way before the end of the year for all or any of the following reasons:
1. I already get a couple of nights off a week for Poker and Lawn Bowls, any further requests could lead to a black eye(s).
2. Christmas commitments/festivities further clog the schedule
3. I would miss Alex and Barbs too much
4.. I'm scared of you all and it's a long way to travel just to make a donation
5. It's a fair way to drive if the quiet ale accidentally turns into several quiet ones
Will still try, but if not, definitely in the new year

I believe that meals should be 4 stamps, straight up! Caters for those that don't drink, or don't want to, and still allows them an avenue to get at least one fully stamped card. That and most meals that you buy out are easily upwards of $15 which is more than the couple of pints that would get you a full card. Sure a little off topic but, eh.
Smash and grab
Awesome!

Re: NW PEPS TO RADE NE
That's the general thing that we've been hearing up this way as well... the NW'ers must be scared to head up NE:o Despite the NE'ers making a couple of assaults, and not only claiming a win the first time but also making up a good portion of the final table the second, you guys just don't want to offer up the return challenge! Even at a venue that we (well the raiding crew) has ever visited
Tsk... tsk... tsk. Soft indeed. No wonder... with that Alex character running the palais game
