it is very sad 2 see these venues close but there is still hope mondays at the parafield flying club tuesday, fridays and sundays at pooraka football club both friendly and helpful clubs and great value for stamping up hope 2 see u all there

Real shame about losin these venues, but I have to agree with the others.
To all you somersetters come on down to POORAKA footy club, not far from you & you will not be disappointed

So why are these venues cancelling?
Due to low numbers??
And I agree with benny the cunt, old spot brought it upon themselves!!

I reckon a lot of pubs, when presented with the sales pitch, thought yeah why not, we'll give it a go.

And as with most things like that, some will determine after a while, that it isn't for them. Just business really.

Nothing sinister I don't think. There could be many reasons for it.

i think that the venues have to be pretty enthusiastic about bringing people through the door.

the venues that sign up, and then just hope to see the cash rolling in, these are usually the places that dont do so well in the long run

but i suppose that that goes for anything really, not just NPL
