We headed off to Checkside on the bus which only took about 1/2 hour. Met up with Carmnine, Pete Kepler, Sam and Joe. I was seated at table 3 with Carmine to my right. Mike the rock was on our table and was wondering who this "guy" Gizmo was and wanted to know if anyone could point him out. Carmine and I were trying so hard not to burst into histerics. I asked him what his online name was and he introduced himself; and in response I said "Hi Mike, I'm Gizmo". Well he was then left speechless. The whole table burst out laughing. It was a great start to the night and we all enjoyed ourselves. I took Carmine out but only ended up 11th - damn. Have to get my act together soon lol.

Pete, Sam Harps and I then went to Checkmates where we met up with Konbang and Andrew (BBT). I went out in 12th place and Peter made it to final table and went out in 5th place.

During the break just before final table we met up with Squiddy Diddy.

It was so great to be able to meet up with these guys and enjoy their company.

Good luck Kon and Carmine in the Aussie Millions. We hope to catch up with you there.

Well I'm off to sleep now - catch you all tomorrow (at the Carven I think)

@ Checkmates I was disappointed @ Sam & Giz .Sam for corrupting Giz into having a Skittlebomb when she was suppossed to do T.N.T "Tequila & Tabasco" with Papabear & I
I must say a very big THANK YOU to Andrew "B.B.T" for shouting us 4 $50 dollars worth of said drinks .It was good to Finally have a drink & talk with BBT , Seeing I had only said g'day @ Para Hills & had not seen him since the G/F .

All good Sir. Drinks were on my ability to win a voucher with all the distractions at Checkers. I dont have enough time to frequent places like checkers others times, plus drink driving is hazardous to my poker playing, cant have that.

Good to sit with your guys shame we couldnt all crash the FT, maybe we can Thurs night. LoL B-I-N-G-O

Place fork & knife opposite each other , not next 2 each other . Dingley @ last S/F room service came in our room when Giz in shower & I was asleep & they took our meals when I hadn't even had any of it

Okay about to catch a bus to Caven so we can catch the train " Toot Toot train " Scorpion Tequila .

We caught the bus and arrived at the Caven Hotel about 6.20pm. Ordered steak for dinner and registered. The food was good pub food and the service is great. Bob and Steve rocked up and we moved tables to eat our meal together on the same table. Scott, Pete, Sam and Emily then arrived and joined us.

We all sat at the same table except for Steve and we totally enjoyed ourselves. Final table saw Sam, Pete, Bob and myself there with 5 other runners. Guess who won. Meeeeee!!!

Harps, Pete, Scott and myself had toot toot (Scorpion again).

We went back to Scott & Pete's place with Sam and Emily and Nathan arrived shortly after (ran the 2.5km from his place). We had a great time with a great lot of people and got back to the Hotel room about 2.45 am.

Have to go to sleep now as we have to leave the Hotel by 10am. Damn no sleep in.

We hope to catch up with all you SA players at Para Hills tomorrow night and hope to see a few new faces.
