There is a $10 buy in 888 game also in Waikerie on Saturday night, i would come down and run that, then go to your home game, and swag it in my wagon (if we make it to sleep) and then start setting up Sun morn for the deepstack.

Should be awesome/bitchin and all that.

I LOVE that Neville is being pro-active about it, and we have agreed there will be $1,000 guaranteed FIRST PRIZE.

I think you and the Waikerie boys, and not just the forums ones, are all mong...i mean great poker players and you guys truly embody what 888 players all should be like, that is , there for a game you love, a contest, and to be social. And i know that you guys mostly only go now for the social side, whgich is why i understand why you get pumped at the thought of some 'real' competition at poker, not just the same 30 players you know inside out I also look forward to DEC 12th

(im now having to deal with the issue that i may have just double booked myself on that weekend. hmmm, i should really buy a calender. i think i have something saturday, but i should still be right for the sunday)

If we can get enough numbers there will be a cashie at my house (or maybe even a tournament) on the saturday night for those interested. Nothing stopping people making a weekend of this event, especially seeing as the Berri Deepstack no longer exists.

Great plan Mac but wouldn't it be better to try and get Adrian on board from the pub to up the ante and expand the Sat night game, perhaps a bounty game or like, giving visiting players a real weekend of Poker

Come on Todd when all the I's are dotted and T's crossed for the sunday game, lets try something special for the Sat game at the Hotel.

If there is enough interest from outside our region, sure.

But there wont be too many coming from Renmark to Waikerie twice in the weekend. It will be hard enough getting them there on Sunday, im gonna have to organise a bus, something that cost me $400 out of pocket from the last time we ventured down.

i'll need to confirm that at least 20 players will come down Saturday night to make that game viable.

Its a tough time of year to be organising 2 day weekend trips, with Xmas just around the corner.

So we'll see where this thread takes us over the next few days, and we will see.

Yeah Yeah I know Waikerie is too far from Renmark, its that far I often wonder why I drive up there some thursday nights. [LOL]
