If you ever order stuff from PStars the use DHL as their carrier and DHL is crazy expensive. I ordered a shirt once for 600 FPPs which is roughly $7US and I am pretty sure postage would be more than the cost of the shirt itself. Maybe the shirts are free and the 600FPPs are just to cover postage (or part of it anyway)?
