scott, along with calling time is checking in the dark and posting a straddle haha, people have been watching too much high stakes poker

i limped in the big blind and checked in the dark without looking at my cards on thursday, flop comes 9,8,7 rainbow, i ended up having J, 10

last night, i made a 2.5BB raise with KQ against gareth, and he calls it. he checks in the dark, window card comes a 3. before i see any of the other cards, i announce all in

he instantly calls, he has a set of 3s.....

at the wheaty every wednesday, legend of a player called ziggy (not joking) gets time called on him 6-10 times a night. serious

Yeah played on his table last Wednesday night. Maybe a miners cap with light to see the cards (or a brail set) and an egg timer would be a help. :lol:

You'd prefer the deck to be poorly shuffled? :P

If we're being honest, at pub poker how many times have you seen a quick "1,2,that'll do" being represented as a shuffle?

Nothing wrong with getting someone else to do it for them though, I'm all for it.
