Re: what prize would you pick
I am married with 2 daughters - I'm the only one who has been overseas (before we were married!).
I went to the US about 15 years ago and still look over the photos and remember all the good times that I had and the wonderful sites that I saw.
To me this is worth far more than $10K; which most people won't even remember what they spent it on 6 months later.
My brother won a tournement in QLD (not poker) and had a choice of the trip or the money - he took the trip, lost early but has never regretted the decision.
If I win (look out as hell would have just frozen over) I'll take the trip 100 times out of 100.

lol nicely said
If we're honest, having the option of either the money or the trip is pretty darn good.

Re: what prize would you pick
It looks like my state finals bridge got burnt down tonite at the Kingy. I went allin with QJ after the flop and got called by KQ. we both hit a full house and of course his was bigger.
The two guys left in the tourney that could hurt me finished 3rd & 4th on the night and they also finished 3rd & 4th in the top 5 at the Kingsford which pushed me out of 4th spot and relegated Cooky to 5th.
It's the first time I have played in the B&G region. I played 9 of the 10 weeks and to finish where I did and making final table so many times I can't complain.
At least I have a seat in the Sky City and I've also made the regionals which will also be a first and I'm sure that will be a good event.
Good luck to all who made it the state finals I'll try and be there rooting for my B&G Guys & Gals.

You've got that wrong, Bobby. You went in with all in QT preflop from the SB, I folded my BB and the player that limped from no 1 called your all in with KQ. You both hit the house, but he hit the K so his was bigger

You did very well, Bob. So many good points finishes, and a SkyCity seat. You should be very proud.
