I know I can compete there (av. just over 50% Final Tables lifetime) but work, etc. doesn't allow me as yet.
Your right about the luck averaging out though, but here's a shocker for all players re calling stations:
Last season (S3/08) did not see pocket aces until Clare Sunday week ago, when I saw them twice in 15 hands, BUT got smashed both times!!!
Aaaargh!
Did everything right, but got done each time. First was at least JJ that made a set. Second time was just amazing as not one, but TWO players made a straight on me at the river. I even bet into the (then) dry side pot to try to stop them chasing, as there was rubbish on the flop!
Oh well, that's poker.
