Anyone following this closely at all?

AK? benny the cunt?

I'm interested to see how well Andy Murray goes, and as much as I hate to admit it - I don't mind watching Federer play.

Top gun tennis player, all quality.

If only we could somehow cross him with John McEnroe :)

Federer doesnt need to be crossed with anyone. although i suspect he may be a robot, hes way too emotionless and plays some super human shots.

The fed / safin game last night was pretty good. but looking forward to some games coming up. murray tonight, djokovic v bahgdatis tomorrow.

Im liking Dokic, every australian loves a fighter and she definately is one, puts her heart on her sleave

btw Safin is a hack, not coming back i think

hmmm, i dont think safin is a hack personally. he played well last night and would have beaten most players, but federer was pretty awesome.

All of the big guns in the mens draw are still in it, so its set up for a massive second week.

Monfils today was awesome, tsonga was good and bagdatis is playing well, so its pretty open. its not just federer, nadal, djokovic and murray in with a chance in this one.

Federer + some angry pills would be sensational to watch. That's what I meant by crossing him with John McEnroe, wasn't anything to do with ability.

I had to have a chuckle at 'not just' :)

Not so long ago it was really only Federer and/or Nadal in with a shot, it just depended which surface :)

Murray definitely seems to have improved and since Tim Henman managed to consistently almost deliver (much like the poo!) it seems England are cheering him on, even though he's Scottish. They're claiming the 'Great Britain' thing, it seems :)

I both agree and disagree with you Steve about Dokic. I do enjoy seeing a battler do well, but that particular one has left a sour taste in my mouth..err... so to speak. Whilst her dad is downright hilarious, he really did ruin it for everyone.

She has since estranged from her dad pete, and whilst i thought he was a knob, i also think she is extremely grateful for the second chance given her by tennis australia and the aussie public. im on the bandwagon. its a shame wozniacki got knocked out though...

Ivanavic is off the rails, the commentators were saying she doesnt have a coach anymore

her serve was resembling anna kournikova last night, but god damn she is gorgeous
