It appears as if owner Mike Ashley has chosen to support Dennis Wise over the 'Messiah', leaving the Toon to search for yet another manager. What a shambles! I love it

King Kev Leaves
Kevin Keegan has resigned as Newcastle boss, declaring: "It's my opinion that clubs should not impose upon any manager any player that he does not want."

Re: King Kev Leaves
Former Liverpool legend that he is, I think he's such a quitter. Any time it's gotten that little bit too hard he's packed it in.
On this particular occasion though, I think he has a point (as well as being a quitter). Managers SHOULD decide who they want in their side and owners should come up with the cash if they back their managers decisions. Having to offload players to balance the books is one thing, being told who you are getting as a player is quite another.
Newcastle are funny

Pardon me, but I think you'll find that's a shovel. See you next Tuesday!
