The highlight of the game however was left back David Carney's cracked of a 30m goal in injury time. Even better than the one he scored against Ghana couple of years ago.
.

That was an absolute peach by Carney

got me thinking though, what do you blokes rank as the best goals scored by an australian in an international, as that one is one of the better ones ive seen.

Have at it
Does anyone know how to make money playing uno vs 6 year olds, its about the only card game i get to play these days.

I'm a big fan of Kewell's clearly offside goal against Croatia in Germany that made it 2-2 and meant we progressed to the next stage :)

Makes up for that 3rd yellow card ridiculousness though.
Pardon me, but I think you'll find that's a shovel. See you next Tuesday!

Don't read it then.

It's not like you actually moderate it :)

Looks like that lazy sack of spuds named Mark Viduka is going to Fulham!

He might actually go alright there, will watch with interest.

Viduka's not going to Fulham.

It really seems he can't even be arsed playing at all.

Looks like Duff is leaving Newcastle and going to Fulham, the clubs have agreed a fee so it's just a medical and personal terms now.

Be a great addition for them, Duff is quality.

Not so great for Newcastle - anyone think they'll come straight back up? (I don't)

Fulham could well be in for another solid season which would be great to see.

Watched the Chelsea v Hull game, Chelsea should probably have scored 5 goals but only won 2-1. Not a fan of the 4-5-1 Hull set out with but they did give it a crack when they went forward so that was pleasing. Steve, what do you think of the diamond formation Chelsea were using in midfield? I think you're going to get murdered on the wings if you keep with that.

Arsenal absolutely smashed Everton 1-6 - dunno what's up with Everton, they really needed a better start than that. Once again Mr Wenger tells us all to shut up about the transfer market :)

P.S. Russ, are all your players in your fantasy team from Arsenal or something? :) Huge haul of points so far!
