I dont care who you support, follow or just mildly care about the results (me with ManU), that Exeter replay was an awesome sporting moment.

Yes, most definitely!

Exeter were so many divisions below the Premier League it's not funny, was a magnificent result.
Pardon me, but I think you'll find that's a shovel. See you next Tuesday!

Was just reading about Ancelloti this morning.

Looks like Mr Ambramovich still really wants to win the CL and isn't afraid to start spending again.

I think Ballack just re-signed?

Surely Deco will be gone.

Only a few clubs can afford the asking price for Ribery. Grossly inflated price though, thanks to Man City bidding STUPID amounts for Kaka earlier on.

This was just sent to me at work after a good old "Italy are cheats" discussion amongst ourselves :)

Kaka has gone to Real Madrid for some ridiculous amount of money of a transfer fee.

Looks like the Galacticos Mark II is going to happen after all!

It will be very interesting to see who tries to sign who, and if ANYONE will cave in and go to Man City :)
They can bid all they like but it's still an unnattractive place to play football.

I read today, not sure if it's true, but Galacticos Mark I was set up by Perez, and Real have struggled ever since he left.

Now he's back, it could happen again. Do you see Zlatan going there?

Oh it's clearly because he is back, he has said it himself I believe.

Not sure if Zlatan would want to leave Inter or not, I don't reckon he's that brilliant anyway, always struggles when not playing in the Italian league.

Zlatan has actually come out in the media and admitted a few times he is looking for a change and Spanish football is something he is interested in

there is more talk of him going to Barca for Eto'o who seems to be on the way out there

I dont see any problem with Kaka going to Real Madrid, they are one of biggest clubs in the world, only probably beaten by Manchester United

I guess it depends what you mean by biggest.

The most successfull club in England is still Liverpool.

The most successfull English club in Europe is still Liverpool.

Most supporters around the world? - can't work that out to save my life, there's millions upon millions for both clubs.

Biggest financial clout? Man City then Chelsea then probably Man Utd.

If you're looking at it from the point of view of a prestigious club with a huge worldwide following who's won bagloads of trophies then you can't go past Man Utd and Liverpool in England, Real Madrid and Barcelona in Spain and finally Juventus and AC Milan in Italy.

Everyone else just don't really fit the bill, so yeah not a lot of choices for a player of that calibre.

It'd be interesting to see how Kaka would go in England given that he'd be kicked up and down the pitch every week. He looks pretty soft.

liverpool in the past were the most successful, today they really dont cut it up the top

you cant say u are a force in world football because u have won the Champions league once and not much else in the last decade

you could say Porto is up there with you guys then

Man United is the biggest in terms of stadium deal, but tv rights etc goes to Real Madrid, theres an article i will post tomorrow that details how Madrid have so much money
