pity we dont do this at the start of the season, always at the end when it doesn't matter anymore.

Pride was always there, they just didn't play for it.

Nothing wrong with coming good at the end of the season, I'd rather take that confidence and form into building the team for next season thent o continue the way we were going.

you are right, but what i am saying is that it seems to be the same year after year with the redbacks - they win a few games just so we have a bit of hope for next season, and the whole cycle continues again

Maybe, though the player turnover has been large in the last 12 months, hard to consider this the same team.

The "Redbacks" are in that cycle, though the current players aren't really.
