Melbourne will either get 1 and 2, or 1 and 3, or 1 and 17.
Depending on how many more games they win.

The draft back then with Banfield, Waterhouse et al were taken was a lot different, to the draft these days. The analysis and research that goes into ranking players and unbelevale. Clubs have a full time recruiter in every state for this reason, it's big business.

I know Reiwoldt and Goddard didn't light the AFL up in their first seasons but they were far more servicable at an early stage than the current two. Midfielders will always do well!

there is no doubt in my mind, melb will tank this season to get that second pick

why wouldnt they?

does anyone know exactly what is happening with the new gold coast? are they playing in the TAC cup next season?

the reason i say TAC cup is i remember talk they will play at a junior level before taking the plunge into afl

i dunno krunchie, i would have to say that that last quarter was up there with the best footy i have seen, definitely the best game of the year.

I see the umpires again actually made the decision who was going to win the big game today.

Gardiners fantastic mark should have had the mark taken off him, not for what he had done but for the actions of Stevie Milne, he split the pack with no eyes for the ball Free Kick Geelong.
42.7 percent of all statistics are made up on the spot.
