on the couch, feet up, beer in the fridge, 50inch plasma full HD with laptop on my lap playing online poker and chelsea winning in the soccer, does life get any better?

What sucks is that in the riverland we only get ABC's and SBS's HD channells, so no new sport channell for me at the present time.

We get WINTV (channell 7 with local news and adds) and WIN10 (channell 10 with local adds). So we dont even get channell nine (without a huge f-off aerial) let alone a whole new sports channell.

Not trying to fag-up this convo, but i enjoyed the trans-tasman netty league last season on fox, it was good viewing. NBA is on ESPN so i should still get that. Channell 10 could do much worse than buy up the rights to the NBL. The season is 7 weeks old, and only now are we getting games on fox (once or twice a week). Thats like totally george michael ghey.

So will stuff be live or just shown whenever?

Given how much they'd have to fork out... hands up if you think it'll be a bit like ch7 and have more ads than you can shake a stick at.

Really hope not, I think ch10 are currently pretty good with their attitude towards sport, spesh the v8's when they had them.

well the answer is simple, buy the huge f off aerial, plenty have already in waikerie and they get all the adelaide stations plus the HD,

so put simply put up or shut up mack :lol:
Does anyone know how to make money playing uno vs 6 year olds, its about the only card game i get to play these days.

With the NFL they are damn good, they only puts ad's when US feed does, and they don't cut out anything either.

I guess being a dedicated sports channel, they'll show stuff live.

And well... its free... I remember when "pay tv" came out and everyone was saying... woooo no ad's!

Foxtel is getting to the point it has more ad's than regular tv at times.

I'm beached as bro... time for bed.
