A couple of my mates played in the A's that game and got 1st and 2nd b.o.g even though one of them played in the B's just before hand.
It's quite common for practically no1 to make the trip to Kersbrook (cos it's cold, miserable, and full of inbreds) and yep, the A's were very short on numbers and had to promote a lot of the B's whereas the B's only had 14 show up to begin with.
The one fond memory I have of that place is playing my 100th game there and winning by 1 point after the siren even after their goal umpire was blatanty trying to cheat (woud have been 7 points otherwise).
I gave the one fingered salute to their bench and pretty much most of the crowd too
I still maintain that was entirely classy, and thoroughly satisfying.
