I will give you a couple of tiny hints rather than a big one. I deliberately chose this scene for this game for the following reasons.

1. The image is from a very memorable scene from quite a popular movie in the 00's
2. The boy in the image is an extra.
3. If you can work out what the boy is doing. That itself is a big clue.

It is the scene where Senator Kelly emerges on the beach after escaping from Magento with his new and unstable mutant powers. As he walk up the beach he stands over a young boy poking a jellyfish with a stick.
