ok now i've always said that 60% of my jokes are offensive but i need feedback on this, i find it very funny but it i might get jumped at a gig if i use it. it's only a one liner and it's.

I assume your single Todd, so you either need to use things that happen to you as you were growing up. Or, use your GF stories like most married comedians use their mariages as stories with a twist to make it funny.

I believe they work because we can assimilate with some of their stories and so we see the funny side .

Or you could use your poker experiences but again, put it so it's funny.

cheers guys and yes bob your assumption is spot on. i do have some jokes that are true experience's but just over the last few months, nothing's been happening.

might just have a month or to of the circuit and come up with some newy's. i've got 20mins now i wanna get it to a half hour but trust me it's harder than you think.
