You're a Bunch of Factors

Good Morning All,
I wake up this morning to find that there had been a post on the forum, personally attacking my credibility and integrity.
I know the members of the team had every right to be disgruntled, and as I explained on the day there was a breakdown in communication and I will not punish a team that qualified when they were upstairs. As far as I am concerned we did the right thing.
To come on to this forum and then anonymously denigrate my character is an insult of the highest magnitude. It is also one of the most cowardly acts I have yet to see on this forum.
Well members of team little you have caught me on an exceptionally bad day and on a week where I am no longer tolerating any behaviour of the sorts.
Let me introduce you to the life boat theory: as a team you are all in the one boat, if one person stands up and starts rocking the boat, you all fall out and drown.
Until I receive a public apology from the person who posted those comments and he publicly identifies himself on this forum:
members of Team Little will not be allowed to play in the NPL competition.
And let this be a warning to all other users, personal attacks will not be tolerated, you have an issue over something contact myself or a staff member first. Do not come on here and spew you cowardly venom on here, it will get deleted very quickly and you will lose any chance you have on playing in the NPL comp.

For those that were not at the teams event - What happened? Did a team get disq?

During the 2nd round we were waiting on one team to show we yelled for them to appear for five minutes. We announced one more time that they better appear or they will be disqualified or team little we would progress.
As I announced their disqualification a team member from Royal Kingz and Queenz appeared at said that they had been waiting inside instead of on the back deck with all other team captains.
I reversed the decision and members of Team Little were unhappy with this decision.
I spoke with several of them and was a little bit short with them. Granted they had every right to be disgruntled but the correct team went through.

Sounds fair enough.

Team Little will now be allowed to play again.
Sam Thorpe on the other hand will be banned until he apologizes for his conduct.
I would also like to add that I did not speak to this person at all that day, I do not even know this person.
Whilst all reports from Matty is that he couldn't imagine anyone from team little writing this, I will have to side with him.
I have met Bruce several times and believe him to be a very honest forthright person. I am sorry I had to punish the whole team for half a day, but I will not tolerate any posts attacking anybody on this site.

come on chops, do the right thing mate.

i also know Sam to be a really good bloke, something out of character for him i think.

just like emails, when posting on a forum, read what you have typed and think about it before you send it. It could save a lot of hurt and embarrassment in the short and long term.

wow I was there and had a graet day. Thought it all went smooth.
I never heard any complaints anyway.

guess we r gonna have to change our team name.. next time (if we r allowed 2 play) lol..

Wow thats terrible.... what a sore loser! they werent even meant to go through... maybe if they were seated and ready to go then had ti yanked, but thats like .. and the attack is just ridiculous
