Dunlap told The Hollywood Reporter that the lawsuit would also cover other Voltage pictures, including Personal Effects, starring Ashton Kutcher.
The lawyers intend to subpoena ISP records to match IP addresses with illegal activities on BitTorrent.
People unearthed in the discovery process are then given the chance to settle outside court or face the consequences.

Come get me, I'll settle out of court, here's my $12 for the movie, unless you want the other $50 I would have spent on a large coke and pop corn. Or perhaps Coke will come after me too for drinking a can of Pepsi while I watched it. But be warned Voltage, I thought this movie was a well shot piece of crap! and that was before you decided to hunt me down.
Good luck with your law suit, and quite frankly you can have all my crap as I aint got nothin' anyway!
