Poker is.......

Over this amazing grand Final weekend, I had the chance to meet some great people and make some great new friends. Over the course of the weekend's conversations a similar theme kept coming up, what poker meant to you. The answers that came back to me were very broad and often not what i thought a person was going to say. So now I'm intrigued to find out what poker is to you. But I don't want you to go over board, just tell me in one or two words what poker is to you, or how you see poker. Here are some answers I got over the weekend.

firstly, poker is a chance to pit my skills against others in a competitive environment
secondly, it is a great social avenue, to meet new people etc.
