I think its the accent which makes it funny.

Last weekend when I was playing cricket there were a few poms with really deep accents trying to sledge me when I was batting. I couldnt stop laughing because it was so funny. If it was an aussie I'd probably just hit them, but the pommy accent just made it funny.

I did make 139 (12x4's 6x6's) too, should play against poms more often!!
