Even on final table last night I jam for 125k with [kd] [10d] the last remaining player who will tank it for a while before making a decision, took about 30 sec to make his decision and he is a thinking player, called and showed pocket 4's with his 4's holding up with neither hand improving.

I cannot see the need for a time clock, in all the venues I play its rarely seen a player taking too long to act, except for a mid north local rule if your at the bar your hand is still live.

It sounds an awful lot like you just want to tell people how to play.

People have their own style of play and are well within their rights, and within the current rules, but you don't like it, so you want to change the rules.

Education on POKER ETIQUETTE there is Guide lines:
Needlessly stalling the action of a game.

I don't go around Telling Humanoids how to Play Poker.

But as a Poker Provider wouldn't you go out of your way to Educate Players.

OR is POKER ETIQUETTE This T.D said That T.D said ??????

What just Creates Confusion

At the end of the Day it's a suggestion To Help Your Chosen Industry Take it or Leave it Omnnnumnumnum

Big difference between educating players and telling players to simply hurry up and make a decision because them taking their time annoys better players than them.

What you call "Needlessly stalling the game", they might call "figuring out what the hell is going on."
