Mate,
You really need to get someone to proof read these types of posts. I have some questions as I am not proficient in Harpsonese.

Hypothetical "did happen", Okay a venue cash game, After 2nd break. No more chip-ups. Blinds 1/2k
You are on the button.
2 runners in the hand SB/BB.full table. Every one else folds to you, you call.
Timing and passports make no difference in the decision making process. What position is "you" in?

SB throws her cards in the muck
I take it that button was "you"? What is "A high" cards?
Ok I get it - Player is holding cards up, off the felt. His hand strength at this stage is Ace high.
666HARPS666 wrote:This is the technical part. SB, Having thrown their cards in the muck, when there is still a player to act " even though his Cards were not on the table But in his hand"ready to muck"
Ok here is where it get's technical. Did the player on the button indicate a muck, did he motion towards the muck pile? If so then I deemed his hand as mucked. Firstly because his cards off the felt and he made an indication to muck.
If he normally holds the cards off the felt for review then I might change my opinion slightly (after warning him that cards should remain in contact with the felt at all times).
If he really did not indicate a muck then the SB has mucked their hand with action pending.

A, Muck your hand
B, call & double up
C, not be in the hand & say, The Ethical thing to do is muck your cards????
Irrelevant, players actions are guided by the TC's decision. At this stage a TD should be called over to rule over this scenario.

But why should other runners not in the hand be saying anything like it's Poker etiquette For him to fold there ?
Just strange to me how people not involved in the hand can quote Poker Etiquette
This is not a scenario where etiquette decides on the ruling, this is a ruling scenario based on the rules that 888PL operate by.
In this instance the TC should be called over immediately and players should not comment at all.
The ruling process is this:
1.) Did the button indicate a fold by actioning towards the pot?
If the answer is
YES then the pot is awarded to the Small Blind.
If the answer is
NO then the player on the button is awarded the pot; BUT the pot is only three blinds worth as the SB player retracts her all in bet and only has to call the BB.
Do we all follow that?
