From the GF event runsheet that was emailed out:

Friday Night Welcome Party and State of Origin Decider
i. Downstairs
ii. Start time - 6pm
iii. Finish time – 10pm
iv. Attendees – 888PL Grand Final Entrants plus one guest, 888PL Venue Managers & staff,
Celebrity Guests
v. State of Origin Sit N Go from 7.30pm
vi. Present the Dream Team



From the Welcome Party invitation:

TIME: 8pm

it also says 2009 instead of 2010, yet someone has clearly already edited it because it correctly says Jeff Fenech instead of Warney.



Now I'm no expert on human behaviour, but I bet you someone fails to notice this and thinks the welcome party starts at 8pm because they've only looked at the invite or something similar.

I know there's a lot going on, and it's quite the big event and all that (very much looking forward to it), but FFS check your info before you send it out. Incorrect information is coming out simply far too often and whilst it's still early enough to try and rectify this particular oversight, it's REALLY starting to peeve people off. We are used to a much better standard from you guys, it's what sets you apart from the other clowns.

I received a second email, after the first gf extravangaza one, telling me there was an error on the welcome party invite and that it had been corrected.

Or is that what you're referring to?

Yep that was it

Second email was mailed out informng everyone that GF party has a 6pm Start.

I received an e-mail initially saying that the GF party started at 8pm...

Then I recieved a follow-up e-mail saying it started at 6:30pm....

And now I hear it starts at 6?

Can some-one clarify this for me please?
