software, even today you were using the old software of ours. I suggest
that you download and get the new version.
If after you use new version and that you still have this typing problem
in chat, please can you send us a screenshot so that we can forward to
our technicians to investigate, please? I have included the info
regarding how to make a screenshot in the end of message, in case.

To create a screenshot, kindly follow the next steps:
1. Press PRINT SCREEN (to do screen shot)
2. Go to 'start' - 'programs' - 'accessories' - 'imaging' or "Paint".
3. Click on blank document. (White page icon, with corner folded over)
4. Click on 'JPG' then 'ok'.
5. Right click mouse, onto 'paste'.
6. Go to 'file' (top left of screen) - 'save as' - 'desktop'.
7. Type in file name. (Cannot chat etc.) Click 'Save'

Can you please advise why you have over sensitised language on the site.
Can't even cha"t properly as any word that includes "ho"and äss" will
not print.
The English language is full of these words and it is impossible to talk
to anyone on the site.
Can't even ask a question - "how".
Can't even type texas holdem or house or should or thought or assign or
anything like that.
I feel that you have gone too far.
All the 888pl players are complaining so I though I would ask you
directly so that we can get an answer and hopefully a solution.
