That is definately the wrong way to go about fixing your problem.

Simply asking politely would probably do it.

When people are speaking on a medium that can't convey the intonation or the inflection of a normal voice. We are used with simple conventions to display our meaning. Using smileys at the end of a comment that could be considered insulting in an effort to display that we are joking.

In your case, using caps lock as you type is akin to shouting. As for putting in onto the forum, an email to support.vic@888pl.com.au is usually a little easier, and quicker, or ask your TD on Thursday to fix it up.

I can't do anything in your case from my end but i am certain the guys in the office when they check this out will be able to assist.

i made it harps, just reading ur msg mate. i made final table lastnight 5TH i came and checked my regional leaderboard results and was placed DNP?????????? and the captain (host of the game) is a friend from way back
