You're a Bunch of Factors

I won a foundation game on the 7th of July and I have received no email/details of prizes. I have won a few other foundation games since then and have not received anything via email. I won a monthly qualifier to the GF and have not received any correspondence.

I have asked several times on this forum about this and have got no response (apart from other forumers who wouldn't really know what the situation is). I have sent an email to support who told me that an email would be sent shortly and it has been about a month since I sent the email.

Now I don't think I am asking for much here. All I want to know is if:
a.) The email(s) was sent and I did not receive it
b.) No email was sent and if so when should I expect an email

A response regarding this matter would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

There might be a problem with us sending bulk emails AGAIN!!!!

I will re issue emails this week when I find the time.

Yeah, my GF notification email sat in my gmail spam folder for a while before I found it. Thought I'd added you guys to my safe list.

Like others I have checked my emails and still nothing.

Just thought I would highlight this.

Ok here's the update.

We are re issuing emails to all winners since May25th tomorrow, they will be sent at approx. 3pm.
The prizes from China will hopefully land at office by Monday.

We will ship all prizes and vouchers by the end of next week, so ensure your address on your 888 (ONLINE) profile is correct because that's where we will be shipping them to.

Thank you Garth - I will clear out my inbox by 2pm AEST and keep a close eye on all mail (spam/regular) coming in after that. Fingers-crossed!
