Make sure that when you go to the 888PL entrance page (http://www.888pl.com.au/entrance.aspx), you select the state you play in.

When I select my state as VIC, I can only see away games for people who play in VIC, not in any other state.

I can see your away games when I click on TAS as my state... but not when I click on VIC. Hope this helps :D

What the good lady said!

Make sure you have your home state selected when checking your results out.

Leigh,

You haven't linked your accounts.

You can now update your details with your 888 Username. You can do this by logging into the 888pl.com.au website. If you have never done this before; pleas use your member number (SA##### or V####) as your login and password.
Once you have done this go to update account details and place your username in the 888 ID Field. This will now update your results.

I have linked your accounts now. But you can update whenever you like by following the above directions.

I think I know whats wrong
have you updated your 'online user name' on your home page

When you log onto your 888pl account, go to the Update Details section and add your online user name too your details

If you don't have a password yet, just put your 888 poker number that is on the back of your card!
