Upon winning this weekend nightly (home) freeroll (foundation event), the "pop up" will give information "congratulations....you have won a seat to the 25k semi final qualifier (away) event"........or something to that effect...... is this the same "prize" that one would also recieve for being in the top 5 of each of the leaderboard catagories? ...if so/also.... when and where will this event take place (i assume each state will hold a regional event?) Will this be run in conjunction with state/100k away qualifing events? .....any difinative/correct info with regards to this confusing question would be greatly appreciated...... :D

Yes, it is. By winning the Omaha foundation 888pl event, you automatically gain entry into the $25k Foundation Semi Final. This is effectively the same thing as the old state finals. 5k start stack, 30m levels, etc.

Top 5 from each foundation game also go through to the Foundation Semi Final (Mon 8pm, Wed 11pm, etc). However, I'm not sure if its the same for the Omaha event. Top 3 from the FSF will win entry into the $100k Grand Final.

Bit early to find out when/where the event will take place, but I imagine you'd hear something at least a month prior to the event (if not earlier).

Hope this helps.
