i have a question
if someone goes to the 888pl website, downloads and registers to play, they will be allowed to play restricted games
what if this person is not registered with NPL? they could possibly be from the us or something.
is there a way of verifying identities online other than us entering the user name in our profile? what if legitimate people never update their 888pl profile so that they dont show up properly on the leaderboard?

You probably have to have an existing NPL/888pl account.

Re: Registration online
When they register there's a "how did you hear about us?" section.
If they choose "other" it asks for more info.
Just need to choose either NPL or 888PL I believe and it works fine.
This is what I had to do on Beccles laptop to get it installed because of issues with the download link and also pacific poker's website displaying properly.
The bonus worked too.
So yeah, doesn't appear terribly strict.

Pardon me, but I think you'll find that's a shovel. See you next Tuesday!
