You're a Bunch of Factors

Serious question.....

Would 888 like some constructive feedback from those of us on the forum about what our first impressions of their software are?

Due to the ashes promotion there's undoubtedly stacks of new signups who for the large part would not have used 888 before.

This would be a great chance for them to review our collective opinions and see what new of players think of their software when compared to other companies software and where we think they could improve and where we think they are doing well.

I'm saying this because at this point in time I've not heard one positive thing about it, quite the opposite, and it's obvious there's a lot of work to be done in improving it.

Would it be reasonable to have us start a thread for it and Garth can either forward the contents on or have them sign on and read it themselves?

As always we welcome all forms of feedback and I have NO issue forwarding constructive criticism.

I was actually going to start this thread in June. I knew the software was being updated and just wanted the majority of players to have experienced it first before commenting.

That's a fair point.

One of the major things was a lack of what seemed basic features. Some of those have obviously now been implemented so maybe if anyone who had used it previously, and then stopped for such reasons, could jump on and have a crack at a play money game for the sake of some feedback then that would assist greatly.
