Prize Pack gear for season 3 and 4.

Postby Garth Kay » Tue Jan 27, 2009 1:14 pm

Hi Guys,

I am organising merch for prize packs for season 3 and 4; now is the time to start offering up your ideas on what you would like to see in there.

By now you have all seen the new merch for the next two seasons but if you want to update or offer new ideas now is the time!

Cheers.

Haven't seen the new merchandise, what's up for grabs?

Would love to see stubby holders or fridge magnets

For 1st (or was it 2nd?) I got me a stubbie holder.

New keyrings (QUALITY!) are great.
LOVE the trophies.
Hat also seems to be wearable :D (but probably not for me)
Not sure about the wrist bands tho!

As for improvements, what about the option of taking a "winners token" and trading in say x of these for an NPL jacket or something? It would have to be of a decent quality tho. This might be a way to reward those mega game players who know that, over time, they will accumulate enough of them to trade up to a jacket, whilst still allowing for trophies for those who don't think they'll play enough. note: I know this idea is a little half baked, but a good quality NPL jacket that is only available to tourney winners (and multiple winners at that) would be something to aim for.

Fridge Magnets? Why? Has to be something useful I think. Other's might think different.

I like stubby holders. Drink coasters.

Box set of 4 NPL schooner/pint/shot glasses?

Stubby Holders are already included in the new prize packs. Fridge magnets aren't a bad idea. Thanks Brice.

Luke, under the new format FTT's are her to stay so keyrings will not be re introduced to the final table in the forseeable future.

Matt, Absolutely love the idea of a jacket or polo for multi game players this might become a part of the rewards for multi game players.
Let's say you play forty games per season you qualify for a polo, if someone plays forty plus games in a season and finish with an average highers than 50 then they receive a jacket or something.

stubbie coolers are great, although they don't have bottoms!

hats also seem to be better quality.

why would you want another key ring jamo? they only sit on my bookshelf, same with the FTTs, whats the difference? a good keyring for first and FTTs are a much better idea imo.

been lucky enough to win some of the new prizes of late

Trophies- great quality, look heaps better than those plastic jobs

Hat- nice quality, really like them.

Stubbie holder- great idea, always usefull

Wrist band- collectors item but not one of my favorites

New key rings- Look great, classy.

As for improvements, i always liked a new deck of cards, you can never have enough i recon.
Does anyone know how to make money playing uno vs 6 year olds, its about the only card game i get to play these days.

On a completely different tangent.

Trophy for Main Event winner or Sterling silver bracelet?

I love the bracelet idea. Just need to find a supplier.

Mmmm..... shiny :D

(diamond encrusted too one would hope)

Would love to see a tasteful winners bracelet (when I actually get around to winning!)
