Just a thought - if FTT are going to be redeemable for tournament entries / prizes or similar, then should winners of tournaments recieve one too?

I don't remember playing a venue that gives an FFT to the winner.

Think I got one with one of my wins - but I have a feeling it was because there was someone who didn't take theirs. I'm pretty sure the others didn't.

No this another NPL stuff up.
Sorry guys.
From next year all nine players will receive a FTT. In the meantime all tournament winners will have a bonus "imaginary" FTT added to beside their name in the database.
In other words say a tournament has a FTT buy in of 5, then you can go to that event and the database will tell us you have had two wins in the last three seasons of 2008. That means you only need to supply two physical FTT's.
Happy?

So the whole buy-in thing is specifically designed so you can "stake" someone if you've got spare FTTs? Well not specifically for that purpose, but it is envisaged?
I think you're missing 1 physical FTT in your above example too Garth

why not just do it all from the database?
or is it like rcon said, you can pool all of your chips with your friends and one person can enter?
