WTF? Account disabled!

All I wanted to know was if there was anything 888pl could do so I didn't have to send all those documents (re-read my first post). The simple answer was No which I accepted. All the rest were just comments and observations, no demands. All the other Expressions Of Interest by other parties were to relate their similar experiences, that's it.

I am sorry but you have managed to totally confuse me at the basis of your comments and the whole round about conversation going on right now.

Someone just stated that this whole conversation "equates to asking Ford to get you out of a speeding fine".

Also I am glad that you understand what EOI stands for, my comment wasn't directed at any individual just the general populous of NPL/888PL. It's good to know that google remains friends to everybody!

Ok so in conclusion, there is nothing I can do, 888's demands are reasonable and made for a number of reasons - all in the name of a safer playing environment for all members, there is nothing further 888PL can do to assist with this request and a number of posters have posted similar stories based around confirming identity on online sites.

Well you do know I don't like giving away my details when not required. I've just looked and there's only one piece of information thats incomplete and that is public viewable and the website let me change it so I don't see the problem there. Everything else is correct so you can use either my mobile, email or postal address to contact me.

Apologies then, we have the wrong account. I don't know who you are or your 888 username, it was just lucky I guess that we highlighted another 888PL user account and emails were issued around a similar time. The contact details for this account were incomplete.

If you aren't going to contact me with your details or provide anything to help me out in any way then I guess there is no point trying to assist you any further.

If I wanted to stay "off the grid" I would have fake documents already and would have no hesitation of sending them through as it just validates the fake documents even more. Sure there are people out there who are more than happy to give away their details to anyone who asks for them but they usually end up on A Current Affair with some sob story.

No it's not a scam, I knew that when my account got disabled. Its the account getting disabled so you can't even play when I've been playing for over a year that sucks. Sure if I don't provide the details i want then stop me from making transfers/withdrawals until I do. I'm fine with that but to just disable the account? Whats to stop me from opening up a new account??

This is all moot though because as mentioned 888pl doesn't have any control over 888. I was merely asking the question if anything could be done and trying to find out why I needed to provide these details if I'm not withdrawing and why the account gets total disabled. Sending the documents is the only way and that's my choice to do it or not, simple. It appears as though there are a lot of other ppl who have had this happen to them so it may come as a heads up to others.
