I like your idea rcon (and I like even more that you bothered to share it), but I'm struggling to see how it won't be either rorted or the venues revenue from the players dropping a fair bit.
Maybe the range of things that can get you stamps could be widened? Things such as money put into the poor box or raffle tickets bought or tips put in the staff tip jar etc ?
I do sympathise with players who don't drink and/or can't get to a venue on time for a meal (if they even serve meals).
