Re: HEADSUP LEAGUE ONLINE SEASON TWO
i think the teams adds some interest to it, because rivalries can develop. might make it easier to organise if there is a team captain organising a group of people rather than individuals that might sign up and then never be heard from again.
but single players is also good. i think a LAN heads up tourney is a great idea

I like the teams idea, as benny the cunt said rivalries will develop. Have to agree with everyone else though, it will be very hard to organise.

Re: HEADSUP LEAGUE ONLINE SEASON TWO
Rivalries wouldnt develop in a single player league format?
As ive said before, teams online events are just logistically impossible to organise.
A single day, live tournament, every 3-4 months or so is fine as people have heaps of time to have that day free... but a rolling online league/tournament doesnt give people much time to organise being free, also trying to take into account their opponents schedule.

More so in the team format.
Couldn't we just do this? Say there's 3 members in my team, benny the cunt, ShaunDilliWilli and myself (as Bruce suggested - "Willo's wonders") and we were facing Barossa Barrons. Why couldn't we just play them 1 v 1? benny the cunt vs a player from their team, Shaun vs another.... and so on. It would take longer, sure, but easier to organise than the team thing, and it takes on the same format as the heads up league now.
Or is this what we're already proposing?

Re: HEADSUP LEAGUE ONLINE SEASON TWO
Well I'm free for a heads up match online basically anytime during the week, except Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday nights (well, that's not most of the week... is it?). But I am free through the day every day - except Saturday, when I'm playing tennis.
