I think the fine is a small blind.

I think if its not going to be a standard rule across all tournaments we should still have a standard guideline for the TD's that implement it.

But dropping the F bomb when you have just been rivered for the fourth time that night (when you have been a 75% fav or greater on the flop) is within normal protocols as long as you don't shout it across the room (or garage as was the case Saturday night).

i dunno Garth i reckon there should have been a few time or chip penalties that night in the garage but i wasn't gonna suggest that being i was the player hitting the rivers hard!!!
