ALK, I see your point, however, I want to qualify as I haven't focussed on making it properly since Season 2, 2007 (when I did).. the last couple I haven't really played enough/regularly to make it.. Now I'm focussed on it, I want to do it..

However, if the final is on a Saturday, I'd have to consider playing football or poker. Most likely, it'll be poker that wins, BUT... if it was the last couple of games of the season, and we were in a relegation battle, I might wanna play for the side, to hope we stay up.

I'd also have to check if it's a fatherly fortnight, then have to make arrangements there.

It's not always black & white. (EG if you work EVERY Saturday, rain hail or shine).

PS. I'd travel anywhere to play States.

i would be good to know atleast half way thru the season to see if you are able to make it and to try to stay in the top 5....

I'm telling you... the venue doesn't usually get announced until about week 8 of the season. That's another 3 weeks away.

i gather no more info has been told re finals yet, pretty slack in my opinion for a proffesional organization to not be planned in advance.

So you think that just because nothing has been announced to you yet that they haven't planned or organised anything yet?

Get over yourself, has the NPL EVER been underplanned or disorganised. If you think this is the case then i wonder how many state finals, sky city/ AM qualifiers, teams event or the deep stack you were at?
