No more requests to IT guy. He has gone on strike because I wasn't nice and had made a spreadsheet of all the jobs that I required of him. I also put priority listings and dates to be completed by.
He doesn't like been told what to do.

No, I'm sorry. Fixing and editing stuff on the website is his job. That's what he's trained to do. If he's got so much of a backlog that Garth is having to create a list of what needs to be done and when by, he's either a) slack, or b) needs help. And if he needs more manpower, then damn, request it! Or ask for more time to finish the job.
