Monthly Online Qualifiers - payouts

Postby BionicMike » Mon Dec 21, 2009 6:26 pm

So I won my GF package (brag again) online last week and am wondering how I am supposed to receive the $450 cash portion of my prize? I have tried numerous times via email to 888 support but cannot get a reply and the live chat support can't find the tourney at all let alone tell me how I will get paid.

Who won the package last month? How did you get paid?

I figured it would just go straight into my account and my name would go on a list for Feb..... Not that simple?
If you ask me, Muhammed Ali in his prime was much better than anti lock brakes.

Interesting!

For these MQF's we should be organising flights and accom still Mike.

So it said you win $450 cash and a seat?

Well it says ticket plus $450 for expenses and I had heard 888pl say somewhere that they weren't organising flights and hotels again..... I don't mind how I get it, but I definately won a US$900 package....

Should I be chasing it up with 888.com or 888pl? Please advise Garth.

Hmmmmmm.

We can organise your flights and accom for you Mike, better to take that deal as $450 won't cover much of the expenses.

That shouldn't have been the message in that tournament; as we are still organising flights and accom for players this season.

Well I won't book anything yet!

Happy either way, would just like to know what's going on. I will wait for contact from 888pl......
