As far as I am aware at this time:

Aussie Millions party will be held in Jan (Obviously), accom and airfares have been booked I believe.

Notification will be sent when details of party and attendees are confirmed.

I have the following information for you all:

You will be staying at the Hilton; check in on the 22nd of Jan and check out on the 24th of Jan. The Party will be on the evening of the 23rd of Jan.

More detailed information will be sent out by the VIP team in the first week of Jan.
