Garth, you have restored my faith in you as being a man of your word. I may have misread the original intentions of NPL but it appears that all is well.

I remember when you first posted a queery asking our opinions on Prize packages V cash prizes with a similar breakdown to that of a freeroll. (Wording may be wrong but it was something along that line). Unfortunately, I can't seem to find the original post.

Anyway, I was concerned with the amounts you displayed as they were lower than the prize packages. But, you assure us that it was purely an example to get a response from the punters.

I also asked if there was a change coming and if so whether you will maintain the same value. You said yes and something like there will be around 1 million in prizes available from NPL for 2008.

Well, we now know the prize packages are gone and the prize money has taken it's place so as to comply with the Eastern States.

The lower prize pool ($5,000 first prize) was queeried and now that has been raised to ($10,000 first prize) which I assume is a similar value as the previous package.

I'm certain most Punters if not all, will be very happy with the overall prize pool especially the eventual winners.
