I shall be happy to help out with drafting a NPL SA Rule Book if there are others willing to volunteer some time as well. I have suggested this idea to some staff before.

I know the Roberts, US TDA and European rules quite well.

You will find that the TDA rules were modified this year. There have being some significant changes. Just be aware of this, and we won't be operating of some of these rules. As they are just too hard to enforce and maintain the penalties with only one staff member at a venue.
But all input from players is welcome.

Garth, I agree, but that this why this must be the group effort as you suggested. I note that a new venue in Prospect is starting up next Sunday (after election day). Can I suggest we meet there and then play some poker?
