Are you ever going to fold here against a "mega fish" for $5.65 into $9.10?
You committed yourself to the pot with the raise on the turn. Right or wrong, the money is going in here.

Just reading it back, what are you scared of? Back door flush? Raised pre with Q5 and keep pushing after flopping 2? Flopped set?
Please.
The turn re-raise sets up the shove on the river. Top pair will call. If he has air again he may get soft after you called him down the last time.

we are assuming we are good here caleb, so we are looking for value - fold equity is a moot point here.
If he has backdoored a flush then meh, and a set/house is unlikey too (you might have thought he would shove turn instead of calling and leaving himself with not much left).
I shove though, if he is laggy he will likely call with all top pair hands and pocket pairs too. If you raised turn and checked river it looks weird and might make villain check behind. I think the fact that villain called your turn raise means he has resigned himself to stacking off. so shove it in.

yes, its a scare card, but given villains line, he doesn't ever have a set here.
if he got lucky and runner runner flushed it then so be it.
i prolly shove here

I think this is a pretty standard shove.
a scare card is scary to him too don't forget.
If u check and he bets (value or shove), i expect you will call down anyway more often then not.
Get it in.
