Would you lay down or call?

Recently involved in a home game:
Limped around to me in the BB holding [9s][5s]
Flop - [7s][2s][4s]
SB checks and I bet $6, button then moves all in for $7.25; SB calls and i call.
No idea of blinds but pot is now worth approx $22 - GK
Turn - [5d]
SB checks. I fire out with $15 and SB tanks for a while then calls.
River -[Ts] and SB instantly moves all in.
I rock back in my chair and hit the tank hard; going through all possibilities - knowing that all in player on the button moved on the flop i had to put him on at least 1 high spade if not 2, but also knowing he would push having 2 pair with the suited flop adds to more confusion.
SB has a habit of being very aggressive and does attempt to steal alot but I have been caught earlier in the night. After looking at the board no [js][qs][ks] or [as] out there i lay it down after about 3 mins.
Should i have moved all in after the turn???

Now that looks much better, I would try and post in a format similar to above next time OP. I have cleaned it up for you so it is easier for others to understand.
Several questions:
1.) What were the blinds for this game?
2.) What was the effective stack for this hand?
3.) Did you attempt to put your opponents on any hand before the turn?
4.) What made you lead on the flop?
5.) What do you think of your betsizing on the turn?

Interesting hand - worthy of discussion.
It is first worthwhile to find out the blinds. $22 in the pot after the player goes all in for $7.25 and gets two calls means blinds must have been about $.5/$1.
So the pot on the flop is about $3.50. Why the $6 bet? If you want to bet something around the range of $2 works better with that pot size. Particularly since it was a limped pot and you have what is essentially the nuts. Let those Ace rags come along and hopefully catch something on the turn. Personally I would check the flop with the intention to raise any bet.
Let's say you bet $2 into the pot, the button is shoving here often anyway so doesn't make much of a difference. When the SB flat calls I think the better play would be to reraise enough for the button to fold. His stack size is important here but unless you are both very deep, I would consider shoving a lot fo the time.
As played $15 into $22 is fine on the turn and a call on river would really depend on your reads and history.

Are you talking about a raise/shove on the flop here trishan? Not sure how we are getting the button to fold. they are already all in on the flop, i think you mean the SB here, but in this case betting isnt reopened anyway.
Personally i LOVE leading flopped flushes (and other monster hands like sets etc) as people NEVER give you credit for a hand, especially in a multiway pot. and if the all fold to our flop lead, they were not likely to bet at it anyway.
Leading the flop sets us up for much more value on later streets. Often NFD, sets, two pair and even top/top will raise us on this flop thinking we are on a draw. This is in a general sense, but i still like leading this flop as played. but yeah we need info about blinds, stack sizes etc as well.

OK clearly didnt read this properly lol. Yes I mean the SB.
macca this was a limped pot so I think checking here is more +EV particularly as button is shortstacked and is likely to jam with a very wide range.

Also so if i bet $2 on the flop and someone raises all in for $7 and someone calls I don't get the option to jam?

The rule is that if the all in is less then half the minimum raise it is not considered a raise and can not be raised by the initial raiser. The rule is in place because there are no other aggressors in the pot and it would not be fair to allow player A to essentially raise twice when no one else is raising the pot.
I think as played he cannot reraise but if he bet $2 then he would be able to reraise flat calls of the $7 all in.

Blinds yes at .5 & $1
he was around $75 at this point and i would of been roughley the same.
I had put him on maybe AQ, Button i figured he would move even if holding 2 pair with the flush draw out there.
Looking at the hand now i think my turn bet was far to small. i think i should of played it more aggressive from the flop.

Just adding SB putting him on AQ he is a player that will stay in pot holding any A,
But he can also be very aggressive. Earlier in the night i had been caught by him and he had also being showing alot of bluffs through out the night.
